Focus is one of the fastest growing companies in the country. Know why? Because we’re a team full of hard working, motivated people who want to disrupt how things are done in property management! Our mission is to improve our residents’ lives and provide them with a place they feel proud to call home. So, although we’ve grown 3900% since our inception in 2019, we’ve only just begun and don’t plan on slowing down!

We aren’t your punch the clock, 9-5 gig that much of us can relate to. We aren’t micro managers who look to crush creativity and limit your potential. We aren’t a company that’s going to hold you back on what is possible rather one that encourages you to be brave and disrupt the norm!
Application Process
Review
We review applications to screen for a variety of criteria. The cool part? Speed is life for us – you’ll hear back within 1 business day, so there is no waiting!

Recruiter Screen
Recruiter screen with someone from HR (typically 15 mins).

Phone Interview
In this stage, you’ll meet the Leader for the role to dive deeper into your experience, ask questions, and learn about the day-to-day. It’s also a chance to explore our mission, culture, and what sets Focus apart—helping us both decide if it’s the right fi t.

In-Person or Virtual Interview
We conduct an interview—either in person or virtually depending on location and availability—to get to know you better and explore how you can help us continue to bring our vision to life. This is also a chance for us to share more about the exciting things happening at Focus and how the position you’re applying for plays a key role in our company’s success.

Offer
Once we’ve found the right fit, we’ll extend an offer to join the Focus team! All offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check. We’re excited to welcome new team members who are ready to make an impact and grow with us!
