We have 2 options for the security deposit. A traditional, which would be the same amount as the monthly rent, or the security deposit waiver program! Reach out and inquire about this if you are interested!

99% of the time, yes! Our units are renovated after a move-out. We also offer 3D tours online for all communities, inquire for more details about a specific unit!

Depending on your community, there could be storage available to rent for a monthly fee. You can also inquire about renting garages!

We want to ensure all our residents have a World Class experience, so we offer many methods of payment! Using Appfolio there are three payment options:

Echeck (using your routing and account number for a bank account) is completely free
Debit card at a $9.99 processing fee
Credit card at 2.99% processing fee

In the office, you can submit a payment using a check/money order/cashier’s check with a $9.00 processing fee.
We DO NOT accept cash in the office, however you do have the option to pay with cash at a local store using the Ecash Payslip option!

Through your online portal, you’re able to request maintenance for your unit seamlessly. Under the Maintenance tab, you will see your current and past maintenance requests, as well as a blue button labeled “Request Maintenance”.

We will send you a rent renewal both in the mail and via Appfolio for you to review about 60 days before your current lease expires. Upon receiving your rent renewal, you will be able to review your renewal options and let us know what works best for you! If you would like to sign a new year lease, and the option is listed on your rent renewal, please let us know and we will send a lease over to be signed!

As part of your upcoming move out, we’ll be stopping by your unit for a quick pre-inspection a few weeks before your move between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

This isn’t your official move-out inspection—just a quick visit to gather material and marketing information, so there’s nothing you need to prepare. You don’t need to be there, but if you’d like to, you’re more than welcome!

We use smart deadbolts on all our doors to ensure speedy maintenance resolutions. If you are locked out, first ensure that your smart lock is facing the correct position. Your keyhole should be near the bottom of the circle on your deadbolt. You’ll know if the lock is flipped if your keyhole is near the top of the deadbolt and your keys seem to not fit in the keyhole at all. To switch the position of the lock to your keyhole, you will need to rotate the faceplate down so the hole aligns with your keyhole at the bottom. Please contact us if this does not resolve your concern and we are happy to provide further assistance!
